Rural house La Toba I and II. North Cottages Burgos - North of Spaina - Rural Housing Merindades

Old inn and carriage stop which was built in the eighteenth century with a tough road linking Castilla y Santander. The carriages stopped. Travelers and animals recuperate before facing slopes Carrales ports or the Escudo. 
Located at the foot of Carrales Beech in Bezana in the region of Las Merindades, north of Burgos.

This way and others who pass by the environment has allowed travelers to enjoy beautiful landscapes: dense beech and oak, waterfalls, gorges and meadows, high mountains. 

Today the inn back to accommodate the travelers. The remodeled building its original style, has been transformed into two comfortable homes: La Toba I and La Toba II. About 140 m2 each dwelling. Its thick stone walls, original wooden ceilings, hand painted furniture and extent of space, makes it comfortable and convenient stay. 

La Toba I and La Toba II are rented separately or together, as required.

During the months of July and August there is possibility to rent rooms, although the reserve may only be made during the 10 days prior to entry to the house (see Rates and Reservations).
